The hotel room included a tablet controlling air conditioning and lighting. it also controlled the blackout curtains. I found this very convenient. the breakfast buffet offered japanese and western choices, prepared well. i enjoyed the generous cocktail hour with in-house sake.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear neighboring room movements very clearly, even on the top floor.

the staff was nice and friendly. this. the room was comfortable and more spacious than many other hotels i've visited. it was perfect.

there was not enough drinking water provided in the room. the view was not nice. i requested a taxi in the morning for my departure. the receptionist was not available at 6am, though the evening before i was told this would be possible.

the hotel provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby each evening. i had a good size room , it felt very spacious. the location was excellent , very central for my needs.

the room temperature was hard to regulate , i found it either too cold or too hot. sleeping was difficult due to this fluctuation. the bathroom design felt a bit stark , it was entirely made of cement. i did not find the style particularly comfortable.

the location was really convenient. it was walking distance to many places in ginza. the staff were also helpful. i especially liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon.. a nice touch after a day out.

The room was quite narrow. i found the bathroom to be entirely made of cement. It didn't feel comfortable to me. also, i requested a slightly later check-out but it was not possible.
